Ingredients:
-1 oz. Pineau des Charentes White
-1 oz. Cinnamon Pear Infused Cognac
-¾ oz. Pear Ginger Simple Syrup
-½ oz. Lemon Juice
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in an iced mixing tin and shake, strain into wine glass & top with soda.
Garnish:
Dehydrated lemon & cinnamon stick.
