-2 oz. White Pineau des Charentes
-0.5 oz. Australian (Bundaberg) or Polynesian (Manao) rum
-0.5 oz. fresh lime juice
-1 passion fruit
-1 quarter mango
In a shaker, mix Pineau with rum, lime juice and mango. Shake with 7 ice cubes for 30 seconds. Pour in a tumbler glass and garnish with the passion fruit shell and a bunch of fresh mint.
