-1.5 oz. White Pineau des Charentes
-0.5 oz. Jamaican rum
-0.5 oz. lemon juice
-0.5 oz. apple shrub*
-2 slices of ginger
-Garnish: Lemon zest and ginger slices
*Apple shrub: Mix 2 pints organic apple juice with 2 lbs sugar. Stir until mix is dissolved. Keep refrigerated for 2 weeks.
In a cocktail shaker, crush ginger at the bottom and combine all ingredients . Shake well, and strain into a rocks glass over a large piece of ice. Garnish with lemon zest and ginger slices
