Ingredients:
– 1 oz ROUGE PINEAU
– .5 oz 8 year old dark Rum
– .25 oz China China
– .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
– .5 oz Toasted Orgeat
– 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Directions:
Add all ingredients to mixing tin.
Shake without ice.
Strain into Julep Glass over pebble ice.
Garnish: 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters, fresh mint sprigs.
