Ingredients:
-1 oz Pineau des Charentes Rouge
-.5 oz 8 year old dark Rum
-.25 oz China China
-.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
-.5 oz Toasted Orgeat
-2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish:
Mint Sprig
Directions:
Add all ingredients to mixing tin.
Shake without ice.
Strain into Julep Glass over pebble ice.
Garnish: 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters, fresh mint sprigs.
