If you are looking for a drink that is easy to read and tasty to drink, then you are going to love my “Pardon my Spice” made with this delicious Pineau des Charentes, which was gifted to me from my friends @pineau_academy. There’s no reason to rack your mind about tasting notes, experience it and let the drink sing its own notes.

Pardon my Spice

1 oz Pineau des Charentes White
1 oz Mezcal
0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
0.5 oz Velvet Falernum
0.75 oz Lime Juice

Tropical Feel, French Sensibility

If you prefer something more tiki.

2 oz Pineau des Charentes White
0.75 oz Chinola
0.5 oz Vanilla Syrup
2 Grapefruit Slices

Why Pineau?

It’s versatile and adds beautiful layers of vanilla and fruit to any cocktail.

My motto is that cocktails don't need to be complicated, use what you know and add a little extra. Being born in the Philippines and an LA Native, I pay tribute to my upbringingand the environment around me.
