Looking for some fall sippers? Well look no further ! I have partnered with @pineau_academy to bring you these delicious fall cocktails with their Pineau des Charentes. When I first tried the product I tasted a lot of apple notes and decided to make a chilled cider inspired cocktail and a spirit forward recipe. Check out these killer recipes below to give you all those fall feels during these chillier months ahead. Cheers!

Sugar, Allspice and Everything Nice

1.5 oz Pineau des Charentes White
.5 oz Bourbon
.5 oz Apple Brandy
.5 oz Pear Brandy
.75 oz Lemon
.75 oz Aquafaba
.5 oz Mulling Spice Syrup
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Grated cinnamon and orange peel flower garnish.

Honey Nut

1 Pineau des Charentes White
1.5 oz White Whiskey
.75 oz Lemon
.25 oz Honey Liqueur
.5 oz Orgeat
Angostura Float

Why Pineau?

Pineau des Charentes has great flavor profiles great for fall festivities. The flavor to me is very rich in apple flavors that compliment the flavors of the upcoming season.

Taylor is a bar professional who has been working in the bar industry for 8 years and has worked all over the Los Angeles area from fine dining restaurants to neighborhood bars. He pulls a lot of inspiration from culinary experiences as well as fresh ingredients from local farmers markets. He is super into growing items in his own garden to utilize in his cocktail making.
