I’ve teamed up with @pineau_academy to share two of my favorite fall cocktails.

First up, I crafted this delicious “Oh, Pear Cocktail” using Pineau de Charentes & cinnamon/pear infused cognac for the perfect autumn libation. I also used pear and ginger for tasty simple syrup!

The Oh, Pear

1 oz. Pineau des Charentes White
1 oz. Cinnamon Pear Infused Cognac
¾ oz. Pear Ginger Simple Syrup
½ oz. Lemon Juice
Mix all ingredients in an iced mixing tin and shake, strain into wine glass & top with soda. Garnish: Dehydrated lemon & cinnamon stick.

The California Raz Spritz

1 oz. Pineau des Charentes White
½ oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
5 Raspberries
Muddle berries with lemon juice & simple. Add ice & shake. Pour over fresh ice and top with sparkling wine

Why Pineau?

Pineau des Charentes White is the perfect addition to a wide variety of cocktails. The flavor profile lends itself to some of my favorite types of cocktails – low ABV spritzes! The cognac influences also makes Pineau great for autumn and winter libations – the brightness of it paired with my cinnamon pear infused cognac really makes for a delicious drink.
