Biography
Ms. Franky Marshall is a hospitality industry veteran who has worked at such notable bars as Clover Club, Monkey Bar, The Tippler, Holiday Cocktail Lounge and The Dead Rabbit. She was the Bar Director and Bartender-in-Charge at Le Boudoir Brooklyn where she created a widely recognized cocktail program and curated the wine, beer, and French forward spirits lists.
Her proficiency behind the bar has been recognized by Tales of the Cocktail when Ms. Franky made their Top 10 list for American Bartender of the Year in 2017 and 2018, and when she was inducted into the Dame Hall of Fame in 2017. As the former Vice-President of the Bartender’s Guild of New York, she made an impact with her focus on member education. She is currently a member of the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation’s Business Education Committee, and is a judge for the Spirited Awards.
Ms. Franky has been the Pineau des Charentes brand ambassador since 2017.
Pineau des Charentes is one of my favorite spirited wine from France. Made of two components; grapes and Eau de Vie de Cognac, this beverage is bright and crisp - just like the Charentes region where it's made!
