There’s no better time than fall to play with Pineau des Charentes! Its rich flavor profile filled with hints of sweet spice and light acidity makes it the perfect base for autumn cocktails.
I’ve teamed up with @pineau_academy to bring you two soul-warming, low-abv cocktails as the night gets longer and days become chillier.
Enchanted Equinox is the perfect after-dinner drink brimming with notes of coffee, grapes, and nutty, warm baking spices.

Why Pineau?
I love making cocktails with Pineau des Charentes because of its rich but delicate flavor profile and versatility. Its complexity pairs well with so many different ingredients making it easy to explore new variations of old classics. The intensity at first taste opens up into soft, enveloping notes as you sip. Being a lower proof, it is a wonderful base for low-abv cocktails.
