Frank has worked with Pineau des Charentes to incorporate into a drink on a menu at one of his previous bars.
Frank Mills is an 11+ year food, beverage and hospitality professional. He currently holds positions as Co-Founder of DrinkLock Reserve Coasters & Daring Kombucha Cocktails as well as Beverage Director of Roy Boys (Washington, DC). With an affinity for classic cocktails, Frank can often be found producing cocktail programs throughout the D.C. metropolitan area. Frank was named Champion of the Belvedere Vodka Chopped-Style Competition. He created Gold of Biscay a vibrant and refreshing signature cocktail while easing into relaxation.
